Our Home and Community Based Services:

  PPEP IDD has homes in Tucson and Casa Grande. Our homes are warm and inviting with input from our members to individualize their own personal space. We provide intensive services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities as well as complex medical and behavioral challenges. We focus on creating meaningful connections between staff and members. We welcome and encourage family involvement, in creating a plan for their family member to continue to develop as an individual.

Group Living Services includes:

- 24-hour home-based monitoring by specially trained, full-time staff;

- Medication management;

- Community integration;

- Structured activities;

-Independent living skill development;

-Help with daily living tasks such as meal preparation; 

- 24/7 on-call support from our team of experts

At PPEP Integrated Care, we understand that every resident has unique needs. Our team works closely with families to create personalized care plans that cater to individual preferences and medical requirements. This tailored approach ensures that each resident receives the attention and support they need to thrive in a comfortable and safe environment.

 With multiple locations throughout Arizona, our Adult & Child Day Program and Training Services are community based and provide a safe, caring, and productive environment for members in need of daily living support. The day program offers therapeutic and social activities geared towards assisting members with intellectual & developmental disabilities. Our day programs are designed to improve independent living and social skills through creative activities that encourage intellectual and social growth so individuals can become participating members of their communities.

Specialized Programs- Our programs offer enrichment opportunities as well as customization services that meet individual needs and interest. Our members stay engaged and have fun participating in activities ranging from; Cooking; Gardening; Music therapy; Self-care classes; and Money/budget management. 

Furthermore, we offer:

- Community outings (i.e, museums, church services, sporting events, resource fairs.)

- Assist families with navigating the service system

- Provide job placement assistance

- Evaluate and chart members’ progress

  Our staff work side by side to assess strengths, preferences and interests. We collaborate with local job sites to develop a set of volunteer or internship opportunities for members. All our members work alongside a highly trained job coach, to ensure the appropriate amount of support, guidance and encouragement. Members will work at each job site for their appropriate length and their desired limits. This gives them the opportunity to rotate to a new experience, and expanding a wide range of tangible work skills and valuable real-world experiences.
